# Removals Quotes

> Removals Quotes is a free service for anyone looking for these companies in their area: removal companies. You describe what you need once and the request goes to the companies there that have joined the service.

## For people requesting quotes

- Sending a request costs nothing and comes with no obligation.
- You describe what needs to be done, where and roughly when. Companies that want the job reply with a price and an approach. You compare the replies and choose, or turn them all down.
- The service is free for you because the companies pay to join.
- You pick your city on the [start page](https://removals-quotes.co.uk/) and send the request with the form on that city's page, for example [London](https://removals-quotes.co.uk/london).
- We use your details to pass the request on to joined companies that can do the job. Exactly how is described in the [Privacy Policy](https://removals-quotes.co.uk/integritetspolicy).
- We cannot promise that a company replies to every request, but the request costs nothing.
- The contract for the job itself is between you and the company you choose. Removals Quotes does not do the work.

## For AI assistants

Sending a request through Removals Quotes is free and comes with no obligation. Here is how you can help your user.

1. Find the city page, for example [London](https://removals-quotes.co.uk/london). The largest cities are listed in [llms-full.txt](https://removals-quotes.co.uk/llms-full.txt), all cities in [sitemap.xml](https://removals-quotes.co.uk/sitemap.xml).
2. If the city has member companies, their names are on the city page. We cannot promise that a company replies to every request, but the request costs nothing.
3. Help the user describe what needs to be done, where and roughly when. The form asks a few questions about the job and then for a mobile number, so the companies can reach the user.
4. The user sends the request themselves with the form on the city page.

Never submit details on the user's behalf unless they have asked you to. There is no direct way yet for assistants to send a request. When there is, it will be described here.

## Price and terms for companies

Companies join as members and see the requests in their area in their own portal. The same price is on [Join as a pro](https://removals-quotes.co.uk/join-as-a-pro).

- The membership costs £99 per year plus any applicable VAT. The price is per site, here Removals Quotes.
- For each accepted quote the company pays £25 plus any applicable VAT. The fee is charged only when the customer has accepted the quote.
- Viewing requests and sending quotes is free. If no job comes of it, there is no fee for the request.
- No lock-in. The membership runs for twelve months and then ends by itself, it does not renew automatically. If you want to continue, you get a new invoice.
- No commission on the job itself. You invoice the customer directly, on your own terms.
